A die-casting method of an alloy is provided to develop magnesium alloy parts, aluminum alloy parts, and zinc alloy parts having functionalities including excellent corrosion resistance in industrial machines, and a die-cast member manufactured by the die-casting method of the alloy is provided. A casting method of an alloy comprises : adding a rare earth metal maintained at 873 deg.K or higher in vacuum or inert gas of 100 Pa or less for 10 minutes or longer into an alloy melt at a concentration of 0.01 to 1% by mass; performing a bubbling process of an Ar, He, Ne, SF6, CO2, SO2 or N2 gas in the alloy melt; and die-casting the treated alloy melt after performing the bubbling process or while performing the bubbling process. The alloy melt is a magnesium alloy melt, an aluminum alloy melt, or a zinc alloy melt. The die-casting comprises : (.) using a hot chamber type caster; or (.-1) using a melt pump disposed to prevent inflow of dross; or (.-2) using a sealed ladle in which a surface dross is not get mixed; or (.-3) using two or more melting pots, or using a melting pot in which a partition is partially formed to divide an inner part of the pot into two or more chambers, adding a rare earth metal into alloy melt in a first melting pot of the two or more melting pots or in a first chamber of the two or more chambers, performing a gas bubbling process, moving cleaned alloy melt in an intermediate part to a second melting port or a second chamber to maintain a melt state, and casting the melt by a cold chamber type caster.
