The invention relates to a luminous or radio device portable with manual or automatic release and its fixing which make it possible to quickly make it removable and accessible in the event of danger requiring a beaconing from survival. Its particular case has two supports and of an elastic cord allowing a removable fixing behind head of seat of vehicle rests. It is thus located at the site more protected from a vehicle. It is visible particularly of the back. This device is one of the rare means to protect themselves and be located just quickly after an accident or incident under bad conditions of visibility. This beacon is an optional product of the safety equipment of a vehicle.
