PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a copolymerizable rare earth metal complex which undergoes graft copolymerization with a matrix resin, particularly an EVA resin, to form a composition in which a rare earth metal complex powder is chemically uniformly dispersed in a synthetic resin.
