Proposed useful model relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular hydro metallurgy of non-ferrous, rare, scattered and rare-earth metals and can be used for complex processing of, neutralization of and deactivation of wastes of titanium production-spent chloride melts chlorination process titanium slags in salt khloratorakh with extraction of valuable components and produce various commercial products, including scandium concentrates. -The proposed utility model is to diffusion lu efficiency of process for complex processing of wastes of titanium production. Technical result, which can be obtained at that consists in increased content of scandium in concentrate due to diffusion condensate degree of purification of scandium from impurities. Or problem is solved with achievement of higher than the said technical result of the proposed utility model- "hardware-technological complex for neutralization of and deactivation of wastes of titanium production to produce scandium concentrates", including in its composition the following main process equipment (Figure 3) : bath hydro removing waste melts of titanium chlorinators, provided with a system feeding in it of nitrogen for mixing pulp formed, hydro settler, circulating tank, having connection with tanks-macrocomponent solutions of sodium sulfite and barium chloride, filter-press-i, connected tank collector clarified source solutions, reactor for deposition of sum of hydro ksidov chromium, scandium, titanium, zirconium and aluminium, upper branch pipes of which are connected to tanks-macrocomponent solution of hydro ksida sodium and high molecular flocculant, and drain pipe forms connection with filter press-ii for isolating precipitate sum of hydro ksidov chromium, scandium, titanium, zirconium and aluminium, screw mixer-i, inlet cone of which is connected with trough filter-press-i, hopper dust from ore-smelting of melting titanium-containing concentrates and branch pipe unloading device hydro settler, and output is directed in the second screw mixer-ii, connected with hopper initial magnesium-containing oxide materials, tank dosing of solution and/or pulp magnesium chloride and with unit moulding, heat treatment and pressing composite mixture. New in the utility model is, that output clarified chloride solution with filter-press-ii is directed to collecting reservoir, a trough filter-press-ii has connection through unloading hatch with a heated reactor- repulpatorom , equipped with stirrer and having on upper cover branch pipe, connected through shutoff valves to tank-tank alkaline solution of sodium hypochlorite, and branch pipe lower drain reactor- repulpatora has connection with vacuum nutch-filter, to which is connected feed line solution of hydro ksida of sodium from tank-batcher and water, plum filtrate (purified from oksigratnogo precipitate chromate solution) from vykuumnogo filter press is directed to collecting reservoir chromate solution, vacuum nutch-filter has connection through unloading device with loading hatch of heated reactor with stirrer, one of the branch pipes on the cover of which through locking-regulating fittings is connected with tank-batcher hydrochloric acid, and other branch has loading cone tsentrata , lime paste and metallic magnesium, lower discharge from reactor is directed to receiving reactor with a stirrer, upper branch pipe which is connected through shutoff-regulating fittings with tank-batcher of oxalic acid, and branch pipe lower drain is connected with nutch-filter-ii, plum solution from which is connected to collector, nutch-filter-ii is connected to feed line oxalic acid from tank-batcher and through unloading device to drying- prokalochnomu unit. As a result of the technical solution is provided decontamination and decontamination of wastes of titanium production from toxic and radioactive metals, their transfer of in hardened state, suitable for long-term ecologically-safe storage. At the same time ensuring conditions for complex processing of waste and selective extraction of scandium to obtain scandium concentrates; chloride solutions iron (II) and manganese-for the subsequent utilization of iron and manganese compounds in the form of inorganic pigments, and/or sorbents, and/or catalysts, and/or individual iron and manganese compounds; solutions of sodium chromate, of recycled for producing oxide, and/or hydro ksida chromium, and/or various pigments-inorganic pigments based on chromates various metals (zn, cd, pb, ba and others.).
