PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a plant raising tool enabling plant raising on a veranda of a high rise apartment house through using a metal piece as an earth existing in a veranda of a high rise apartment house. SOLUTION : This plant raising tool 20 is used for raising plants on a veranda of a high rise apartment house. The plant raising tool 20 is set with an earth stick 21 to insert into soil 19 of a pot 18 where a plant is planted. In the plant raising tool, a ground line 22 excellent in electroconductivity and set through firmly connecting with the earth stick 21, a metal piece 23 as a substance 70 with electroconductivity, sticking the other end of the ground line 22 to the surroundings of a veranda of a high rise apartment house, a metallic handrail 24, and a water service tap 25 or a water service pipe 26 are each connected with each other in good conduction.
