PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a CaO-SrO-Li2O-Re2O3-TiO2based dielectric ceramic obtained by combustion synthesis and having excellent sintering characteristics and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION : The CaO-SrO-Li2O-Re2O3-TiO2based (Re is a rare earth element) dielectric ceramic is obtained by blending the respective powders in reaction raw materials at least containing Ti powder having 0.01 to 2 m2/g specific surface area, ionically bonding material to become an oxygen supply source, CaCo3, SrCO3, Li2CO3and Re2O3in a prescribed ratio and carrying out combustion synthesis at an adiabatic flame temperature of ≥1, 500°C. Further, a part of the Ti powder as the reaction raw material is substituted with TiO2powder, so as to be blended. COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
