PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a superconducting bulk magnet in which the magnetic gradient becomes high simultaneously, in the vicinity of a superconducting body central part where the magnetic field strength is highest.SOLUTION : In a superconducting bulk magnet using an oxide superconducting bulk body where REBaCuOis dispersed into a monocrystalline REBaCuO, the shape of the oxide superconducting bulk body is partial spherical shape consisting of a plane part and a partial spherical surface part, or conical shape consisting of a plane part and a conical surface part. RE is one kind or more than one kind of elements selected from rare earth elements, and the oxygen deficiency amount (x) is 0.2 or more.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1
