PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing a rare-earth bond magnet showing a higher magnetic characteristic and anti-oxidation property, by improving the manufacturing method of rare-earth bond magnet described in the patent document 1 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-356615) using pigment.
SOLUTION : A compound for rare-earth bond magnet is obtained by kneading a rare-earth system magnet powder including at the surface thereof a depositing layer mainly constituted with an organic pigment and an organic resin and a resin binder to obtain the compound for rare-earth bond magnet for molding into the predetermined shape. The moisture-proof property and solvent-proof property can be improved and thereby the magnetic characteristic, and anti-oxidation property can also be improved by manufacturing the rare-earth bond magnet using the rare-earth magnet power including the depositing layer mainly constituted with the organic pigment and organic resin at the surface thereof.
