PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To certainly suppress the positional shift of a magnetic part while facilitating the insertion of the magnetic part into a mold in the case of the insert molding of the magnetic part.
SOLUTION : When the magnetic part 2, which is arranged so as to be positioned within the cavity of a mold 1 by guides 3A-3D, is subjected to insert molding by a resin, the magnetic part 2 is attracted and fixed to the guides 3A-3D by magnetic attraction force. In order to attract the magnetic part 2 to the guides 3A-3D, for example, at least a part of the guides 3A-3D is formed of a magnetic material. Alternatively, permanent magnets 5 are arranged to the back sides of the guides corresponding to guide forming positions. The magnetic part 2 is, for example, a rare earth metal magnet.
