PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of particle distributed magnesium alloy and the particle distributed magnesium alloy manufactured thereby are provided to manufacture a magnesium panel, and to reduce weight of the magnesium alloy by distributing grains in a magnesium base and forming fine crystal grains in the magnesium alloy. CONSTITUTION : A magnesium alloy material contains 5 to 50 %% particles excluding magnesium in a magnesium base. The particle excluding magnesium is Al, Si, Ag, Ca, Ni, Cu, Zn, Y, Ag, Sn, La, Ce, Pr, Ld, La rich-misch metal, Ce rich-misch metal or Didymium rich-misch metal. Magnesium alloy includes elements excluding magnesium from the solubility limit to the eutectic point or the hypo-eutectic range. The element phase excluding magnesium is granularized by hot rolling process and hot extrusion, and distributed in the magnesium base. © KIPO 2006
