PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a multifunctional cover material and cushion material with cover utilizing emission of negative ion and far-infrared rays emitted at the same time, and improved antibacterial and deodorizing effects by a photocatalytic material. SOLUTION : The invention relates to the cover material and cushion material with cover, wherein the material is coated with a resin composition comprising a polymeric compound not susceptible to be charged and ingredients selected from minerals containing rare elements, tourmaline or far-infrared ceramic, wherein the cover material has the constitution utilizing emission of negative ion and far-infrared rays emitted at the same time, and improved antibacterial and deodorizing effects by a photocatalytic material.
