PURPOSE : A dielectric magnetic composition for dielectric layer of a ceramic capacitor is provided to show high dielectric rate and good temperature property and enable production of ceramic capacitor in a laminate form having dielectric layer with improved TC biasing property by forming a plurality of dielectric particles having shells in which additional component is diffused into the primary component near a core made of the primary component. CONSTITUTION : The composition has a plurality of dielectric particles each of which has a core made of primary ingredient and a shell having additional ingredient diffused into the primary ingredient, in which difference of maximum thickness(t1) and minimum thickness(t2) is regulated to 6 to 60% of radius(R) of dielectric particle in case for dielectric particles having average particle diameter. The primary ingredient includes barium titanate, the additional ingredient includes Mg oxide, rare-earth element in oxide form and alkali-earth metal element in oxide form, except Mg. The additional ingredient contains all of first to seventh additional ingredients such as MgO, CaO, BaO and SrO, silicon oxide, any one from V2O5, MoO3 and WO3, R1 oxidation product, CaZrO3 or CaO + ZrO2, R2 oxidation product and MnO. © KIPO 2006
