PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a dielectric ceramic composition, which is fired even at a low temperature of ≤1, 000°C and whose dielectric loss is reduced, and to obtain a multilayer ceramic part.SOLUTION : The composition is a dielectric ceramic composition containing a dielectric component represented by the compositional formula : a-Li2O-b-(CaO1-x-SrOx)-c-R2O3-d-TiO2, and, after being fired, shows the presence of a main phase having a perovskite structure and an acicular phase containing a rare-earth element.
