PURPOSE : Provided is a composition for improving fuel consumption efficiency of a car, which activates fuel ionically to increase the combustion efficiency, and removes harmful elements in the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION : The composition for improving fuel consumption efficiency comprises : 100 parts by weight of SiO2; 20-25 parts by weight of Al2O3; 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of TiO2; 8-12 parts by weight of Fe2O3; and 6X10^-2 to 15X10^-2 parts by weight of a rare earth metal including Sr. The rare earth metal further includes Y, Zr or Rb. The composition is used for the preparation of an antifreezing liquid composition containing a glycol or water and an anti-corrosive agent, in an amount of 0.02-0.03 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the antifreezing liquid composition. © KIPO 2006
