PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain an electroconductive adhesive tape that has high conductive performance, adhesive strength and a function as a spacer, surely takes earth countermeasure and EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) countermeasure of personal computer cabinet and various electrical appliances and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION : The electroconductive adhesive tape comprises a double sided adhesive tape 11 provided with adhesive layers 2 and 2 on both sides of a substrate 1 and one or more electroconductive members 3 integrally formed on both sides of the double sided adhesive tape 11. An adhesion part 4 having the exposed adhesive layer 2 is formed on one side or both the sides of the double sided adhesive tape 11.
