PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnetic core having a magnet for DC magnetic biasing having excellent core loss characteristics, DC superimposing characteristics which are not influenced at the time of performing reflow soldering, and an oxidation resistance, and to provide an inductance component using the core. SOLUTION : The magnetic core has gaps at, at least, one or more spots of a magnetic path. Bonded magnets composed of rare-earth magnet powder having the composition expressed by Sm(FexCuyZrzCo1-x-y-z)7.4-8.2 (wherein, 0.18≤x≤0.24, 0.06≤y≤0.09, 0.02≤z≤0.04) and a resin are inserted in to the gaps.
