PURPOSE : An apparatus for removing foreign materials of construction waste is provided, which increases foreign material treatment efficiency, prevents fine foreign materials from flying to prevent pollution of the surrounding environment and produces earth and sand having good quality accordingly are provided. CONSTITUTION : An apparatus for removing foreign materials of construction waste comprises : a heating compression part(1) an inlet of which is connected to a transfer part(4) installed on a lower part of a hopper(5); and a chuter opening-and-closing part(2) connected to an outlet at a lower part of the heating compression part, wherein the heating compression part comprises : a hollow casing(11) on which a flange(111) having a horizontal direction is formed, and which is integrally formed at one side of the heating compression part; a compression cylinder(12) installed on an upper part of the casing; a compression piston(13) connected to a compression rod(121) formed on a lower part of the compression cylinder and inserted into the casing; and a band heater(14) wound around a lower outer part of the casing. © KIPO 2006
