PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve uniformity of a magnetic characteristic while useless material consumption and complicatedness of design are canceled without changing previous processes.SOLUTION : Mixture including thermoplastic resin and magnetic powder is injected and molded, and a long bonding magnet for magnet roll is manufactured. In injection molding, a melt flow rate (5 kg of load) at an injection molding temperature of mixture is set to be not less than 150 g/10 minutes. Thermoplastic resin is polyamide resin, for example, and magnetic powder is rare earth metal magnet powder, for example. When thermoplastic resin is nylon 12 being one type of polyamide resin, the melt flow rate measured at 270°C and 5 kg of load is set to be not less than 150 g/10 minutes. The cross section of the bonding magnet for magnet roll, which is injected and molded, is not more than 20 mm2, and length is not less than 200 mm.COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
