PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce a process amount of a sintered body having completed the sintering process by processing a molded body before the sintering process to the desired shape.SOLUTION : A raw material alloy powder including an rare earth element is molded and it is sintered after it has been processed to the predetermined shape by conducting high pressure liquid process using non-oxidizing fluid for the molded body. As the non-oxidizing fluid, an organic solvent and non-aqueous solvent such as oil or the like are used. An injection pressure of the non-oxidizing fluid during the high pressure fluid process is set to 30 to 150 MPa, and dynamic viscosity v of the non-oxidizing fluid should be ≤30 mm2/s. Moreover, the fractional distillation point of the non-oxidizing fluid is preferably set to ≤350°C.
