PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composite multilayer ceramic electronic component in which exfoliation at the boundary of a high dielectric constant glass ceramic layer and a low dielectric constant glass ceramic layer is not easily generated, for which low temperature calcination is possible, and which is suitable for a high frequency use.
SOLUTION : The composite multilayer ceramic electronic component is composed by laminating the high dielectric constant glass ceramic layer of a specific dielectric constant εr≥20 containing first ceramic components indicated by a general formula : xBaO-yTiO2-zReO3/2 (where x, y and z are mol%, 8≤x≤18, 52.5≤y≤65 and 20≤z≤39.5, x+y+z=100, and Re is one or more kinds of rare earth elements) and first glass components, and the low dielectric constant glass ceramic layer of the specific dielectric constant εr≥10 containing 50 to 100 wt.% of second glass components.
