PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and a TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizate) having excellent flexibility, permanent compression set and mechanical properties by using a conjugated diene-based polymer having a sharp molecular weight distribution polymerized by using a neodymium-based catalyst. SOLUTION : The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) a conjugated diene-based polymer obtained by polymerizing a conjugated diene-based compound using a rare earth element compound-based catalyst and (B) a thermoplastic resin. The molding is obtained by using the thermoplastic resin composition.
