PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an inexpensive radiological image conversion panel having an improved specific performance coincident with a photographing purpose without damaging productivity. SOLUTION : In this manufacturing method of the radiological image conversion panel, a stimulable phosphor layer 12 is provided on a substrate 11 and sealed by a moisture-proof protection film 20. The stimulable phosphor layer 12 is covered with the moisture-proof protection film 20 without allowing to adhere to the stimulable phosphor layer 12, and then one kind or two or more kinds of gases selected from among rare gases, nitrogen gas and carbon dioxide gas are filled between the stimulable phosphor layer 12 and the moisture-proof protection film 20, to thereby manufacture this radiological image conversion panel having the improved specific performance for contrast, humidity resistance and brightness deterioration prevention. Many kinds of radiological image conversion panels can be manufactured by an approximately same process, and the inexpensive radiological image conversion panel having the improved specific performance coincident with the photographing purpose in a facility can be provided without damaging productivity.
