PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of interior materials having improved flame-retardancy, sterilization, deodorization, and economical and environmental effects compared with conventional interior materials by using waste papers or waste cotton fibers. CONSTITUTION : The incombustible materials applied to roof, wall and floor are manufactured by the following steps of : dissolving 75-85wt.% of waste papers or waste cotton fibers in water; adding filler, aromatic materials, etc. and then 4-8wt.% of NaHCO3 as an incombustible material; adding 4-8wt.% of yellow earth, 4-6wt.% of elvan and 3-5wt.% of coal ash as functional materials, and stirring; forming to a plate shape with a 2-5mm thickness; dehydrating and blow-drying under 40deg.C; and surface treating.
