METHOD OF ARTIFICIALLY SYNTHESIZING MYCORRHIZA OF MATSUTAKE WITH MATURE RED PINE

PURPOSE : A method of artificially synthesizing matsutake mycorrhizae by inoculating mycelium of Tricholoma matsutake to ectomycorrhizal fungus-free short lateral root and then growing on a culture substrate which is isolated from red pine growing soil is provided. The matsutake mycorrhizae can be easily synthesized outdoors.CONSTITUTION : The artificial synthesis of matsutake mycorrhizae is performed by the process consisting of : washing red pine root which is exposed to soil; treating the washed root with auxin; inducing ectomycorrhizal fungus-free short lateral root; inoculating mycelium of Tricholoma matsutake to the induced ectomycorrhizal fungus-free short lateral root; and growing the inoculated short lateral root on a culture substrate which is isolated from red pine growing soil.
