The present invention relates to a rear decorative member of earrings. When a user wears earrings by using the rear decorative member thereof, the rear decorative member has a decorative silicone unit formed additionally other than another silicone unit with a built-in clutch to enable the user to wear accessories in various designs and new decorative elements, thereby enabling the user to wear new and rare designs in a variable manner. The rear decorative member having the clutch built in the silicon unit has the decorative silicone unit formed on the lower end to have a decorative hole. The decorative silicone unit has a polygonal shape such as a circle or a square. The decorative hole is punctured to be used to be coupled with a pin-type accessory or release the pin-type accessory therefrom. The decorative silicone unit is formed to be additionally added to let the user wear new decorative elements and accessories in various designs, thereby enabling the user to insert and hang the accessories in various rare and new designs into multiple decorative holes, thereby realizing various, new, and rare designs.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
