Provided is an anti-fogging cleaning cloth, comprising : a cleaning cloth body made from superfine fibers and an anti-fogging agent. The cleaning cloth body is immersed with the anti-fogging agent. The anti-fogging agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight : 2-5 parts of a release agent, 3-7 parts of nano rare earth oxide particles, 40-50 parts of a polyol-type nonionic surfactant, 5-10 parts of a triethanolamine lauric acid monoester, 15-25 parts of a solvent, 5-10 parts of a hydrophilic finishing agent, and 50-60 parts of distilled water. The anti-fogging cleaning cloth has features of having a favorable dispersion and adhesion, having a long anti-fogging period, being non-toxic, inexpensive, and easy to use, and having a long shelf life.
