FIELD : machine building. SUBSTANCE : present invention relates to the magnetic couplings. The magnetic coupling contains first and second rotating elements of the coupling, located concentrically one inside another. Each element of the coupling contains around its periphery the appropriate group of permanent magnets, projecting in radial direction from this coupling element. At that in each group each magnet contains opposite facets with opposite polarity, and installed one after another magnets are arranged at distance from each other such, that facet of installed one after another magnets have alternating polarity. The coupling elements are arranged near the appropriate group of magnets and opposite but with displacements from each other such, that each of the magnets of each group projects in area between two magnets of another group with opposite facets with opposite polarity. EFFECT : assurance of possibility to transfer torque with increased efficiency. 8 cl, 23 dwg
