PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To save rare metals contained in used members so as to be able to reuse the same.SOLUTION : The first molten glass raw material is held in the first container, the used members containing the rare metals are arranged in the surface part of the first molten raw glass material in the first container, the first molten glass raw material is quenched and solidified by the coolant and made to be a half-package combined with the used members, the second molten glass raw material is held in the second container, the half-package is arranged in the surface part of the second molten glass raw material in the second container with the used member in the lower side, the first glass raw material of the half-package is brought into contact with the second molten glass raw material, the second glass raw material is quenched and solidified by coolant, and thus a package hermetically sealing the used members is made.
