A ceramic heater is prepared by molding a plate ceramic body in which a resistance heating element layer is built, a junction layer equipped in a lower part of the ceramic body, and a ceramic support through a sintering process, and heating and joining the junction layer and the ceramic support. Rare earth oxides are not included in the ceramic body, but aluminum oxides and rare earth oxides are included in the junction layer as a junction catalyst. Accordingly, temperature uniformity and thermal island effect of the ceramic body can be significantly improved.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
