The present invention relates to a soft magnetic alloy which includes main substances configured by formula, (Fe_(1-(α+β))X1_αX2_β) (1-(a+b+c+d+e))M_aB_bP_cSi_dC_e, in which X1 is one or more selected from a group made of Co and Ni, X2 is one or more selected from a group made of Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Cu, Cr, Bi, N, O, and rare earth elements, M is one or more selected from a group made of Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Mo, W, and V, 0.020 = 0, β >= 0, and 0 <= α+β <= 0.50 are satisfied, and c and e are within a certain range. The soft magnetic alloy has a nano hetero structure or a structure where Fe is made of nano crystals. The soft magnetic alloy and magnetic parts are able to reduce core loss in a magnetic core.
