A procedure to retire Earth polluting agents with the aid of a drag gas, which implies (a) to underneath inject the gas of drag in the Earth and/or at the level of the polluting agent, (b) to volatilize the polluting agent with the drag gas, in such a way that it ascends at the level of the ground over the polluting agent, (c) to gather and to put under after-treatment the volatilized polluting agent, characterized because a pneumatic Earth screen is provided throughout the circumference of the contaminated area.
