PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composition and a magnet for rare earth hybrid magnet consisting of R-Fe-N system magnetic powder and ferrite magnetic powder of which rectangular ratio μ0HcB/Br exceeds 65%. SOLUTION : This is a composition for rare earth hybrid magnet in which the coercive force of the ferrite magnetic powder is 310 kA/m or more in the rear earth hybrid magnet composition consisting of magnetic powder, which has a crystal structure of rhombohedral system or hexagonal system of which principal components are rare earth element(R) and iron(Fe) or iron(Fe) and cobalt(Co) and Nitrogen(N) and ferrite magnetic powder and resin binder. Also, the specific surface area of the ferrite magnetic powder is over 1.5 m2/g and the compressive density is below 3.3 g/cc in the composition for rare earth hybrid. This is an anisotropy rare earth hybrid bond magnet that is obtained using it.
